How it works

As soon as the ProCams system is installed and successfully tested by one of our qualified engineers the system will be recording 24 hours a day and streamed to our control room where it will be monitored.

This is a bespoke service and we can either monitor the ProCams system for you 24hrs a day or for an extra weekly administration fee* remotely arm and monitor the system at pre-determined set times.

*£20 per week

The Process

The customer will identify a need for interim or cost-effective temporary CCTV and liaise with a designated ProCams consultant.

A detailed understanding of the clients' needs will be obtained (ideally accompanied with a scale site plan) and a site survey will be arranged.

Once this has been conducted a ProCams quote will be generated and sent to the client along with our terms and conditions of business to be signed.

As soon as these are received one of our engineers will be dispatched to install the system and the system will be operational soon after.
